The 0 200 PSI Pressure Gauge is a 100 mm Bourdon-tube gauge for local indication on water, air, oil and other compatible process lines. Model Y-100ZT combines an M20×1.5 rear connection with panel-oriented mounting, a 1.6 accuracy class and selectable dry or liquid-filled construction for steady or vibration-prone equipment.

Verify The Gauge And System
Before installation, verify the 0-200 psi range, Y-100ZT model, 100 mm rear-mount format, M20×1.5 thread and wetted-material compatibility.

Install At The Connection Hex
Isolate and depressurize the line, use the correct thread seal, and apply torque only to the connection hex. Do not rotate the case to tighten the gauge.
Support the panel mount without loading the connection
Keep the rear relief path unobstructed
Allow clearance for service and calibration

Operate Within The Load Window
Keep steady pressure at or below 150 psi and pulsating pressure at or below 133 psi. A short-time peak must not exceed 260 psi.
Add filling or a snubber for vibration
Stop service for leakage or a sticking pointer
Remove a gauge that fails to return to zero

Inspect, Calibrate And Store
Check zero and visible condition at commissioning. Calibrate every 12 months in normal service and every 6 months where vibration, pulsation or frequent pressure cycling is present.

Do not open or modify the case outside approved service
