The DY instrument uses the physical viscosity of the liquid to produce strong damping by filling high-purity glycerin in a stainless steel housing. It is stamped with high-quality 304 stainless steel, with precision sealing rings and thickened lenses to meet IP65 protection standards. During installation, a wrench must be used to act on the hexagon plane of the connector, and it is strictly prohibited to directly grasp the instrument shell for rotation. Ensure that the thread specification matches the field pipe, using sealing gaskets or raw material tape if necessary.

Once in position, the tip of the black rubber filler plug at the top of the instrument needs to be cut open or moved to the vented position. This can balance the pressure inside and outside the case, eliminating the effect of internal pressure on accuracy due to temperature difference.

The recommended operating pressure is between 1/3 and 2/3 of the gauge range. Should try to avoid the instrument in the range of more than the upper limit of the state of long time work, to prevent the internal spring tube plastic deformation.

Regularly observe whether the liquid level in the meter drops obviously, and check whether the dial window is blocked by oil stains. If the color of the filling liquid is severely turbid, contact the manufacturer for liquid replacement or re-calibration of the accuracy.
