Y-60ZT Liquid-Filled Pressure Gauge
60 mm vibration-resistant option for compact installations.
Model: Y-100ZT
Pressure Gauge For Liquid is a liquid-filled analog gauge solution for monitoring water, oil, air and other compatible non-crystallizing media where vibration, pulsation or condensation can make a dry dial hard to read. The filled case steadies pointer movement and helps protect the mechanism, while the Y-100ZT reference configuration supports a 100 mm dial and M20×1.5 connection for common industrial installations. A quote request can include the pressure range, medium and mounting requirements so the final configuration matches the line.
The Y-100ZT reference configuration is presented with a 100 mm dial and M20×1.5 connection; the quote follows the selected range, medium and mounting requirements.
A liquid-filled case is most useful when the gauge sees mechanical vibration, fast pressure changes or pulsation from pumps and compressors. The fill damps pointer flutter so the operator can follow the indication, and it reduces repeated movement of the internal mechanism. A dry gauge can remain appropriate in a steady, dry, low-vibration installation where the added damping is not needed.
Temperature is part of this decision. Glycerine becomes more viscous as temperature falls, while a mixed glycerine-and-water fill can suit colder service when the gauge is designed for it. The fill improves readability; it does not replace a correct pressure range, a compatible wetted material or a pulse-control device.
The working medium sets the first boundary. Water, oil, air and non-corrosive liquids can use a general gauge when the medium does not crystallize or contain solids; corrosive, high-viscosity, high-temperature or crystallizing media call for a structure and wetted material selected for that condition. A stainless case or wetted path helps only when every wetted part remains compatible with the medium.
The quoteable configuration then follows the line: pressure or vacuum basis, normal and maximum pressure, dial diameter, lower or back mount, thread and connection material. Common analog families use 40, 60, 100 or 150 mm dial sizes; Y-series interfaces commonly use M10×1 on Y-40, M14×1.5 on Y-60 and M20×1.5 on Y-100 and larger, with orientation and custom options confirmed by model.
Vibration-resistant or liquid-filled construction suits pulsating machinery, while a diaphragm isolator is the better structural direction for corrosive, viscous or crystallizing media. The selection should describe the actual medium and pressure behavior rather than relying on the word “liquid” alone.
Reliable installation starts with a port, thread and mounting direction that match the selected gauge. The connection is tightened with the wrench flats rather than the case, and the dial remains readable from the operating position. A flexible line, snubber, throttler or remote mounting point can reduce the effect of vibration and pressure pulses when the process requires it.
Hot steam and other high-temperature service need cooling, siphon or isolation arrangements before the gauge. Start-up is most stable when the valve opens gradually; the first inspection checks leakage, pointer response, zero position and abnormal noise. The operating range, pressure unit and scale are read together, and a zero shift is treated as a reason to inspect the installation rather than simply turning the pointer.
Factory-sealed gauges are not opened in the field. Field filling is limited to models expressly designed for it and to the manufacturer-approved liquid and procedure. A restored liquid level does not by itself prove accuracy, so a gauge that has been opened or repaired is checked again before it returns to service.
These values describe the reference configuration and the selection points used for the final quote.

The starting commercial basis keeps the page useful for a sample or replacement inquiry while the final quote follows the selected configuration.
Hangzhou Dongya Instrument Co., Ltd. supplies pressure-gauge products from Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.

The manufacturing scope covers general, vibration-resistant, electrical-contact, diaphragm, remote and transmitter pressure-gauge families. Incoming checks, assembly inspection, appearance and zero checks, indication calibration, leak testing and final records support repeatable supply.
Management certification and listed product type-approval records are kept separate so the relevant scope can be matched to the ordered configuration.
